Send Me The Audio

When stress has been running for a while, the body stops switching off. It shows up in the shoulders, the stomach, the throat, the jaw, or in sleep that doesn't feel like rest. This audio gives your body a guided chance to stand down, and to remember how settled feels.

You'll get the audio by email straight away, plus a few short emails from me about stress and the body. Unsubscribe any time. Your email is processed by my email platform, INBOX (useinbox).

Free stress relief audio, a guided hypnosis recording by Laura Abbatangelo

What You'll Hear

  • A slow, guided relaxation from the top of your head to your toes
  • A simple image of turning the dial down on a body that has been on alert
  • A breathing cue you can use afterwards, on a busy day, whenever you need it
  • An ending that brings you back refreshed, or lets you drift into sleep if you listen at bedtime

How To Get The Most From It

Listen once a day for two weeks. Many people find it gets easier to settle the more often they listen.

Find somewhere you can fully relax. A sofa or a bed is ideal. Headphones help but aren't needed.

Never listen while driving or doing anything else that needs your full attention.
