Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a modern and evidence-based approach. I combine it with Coaching for a more powerful impact.
It is during the sessions that we will work on the issue you are presenting; to feel worthy, loved and more in control. But it will be in between sessions that your mind will comprehend the work.
The audio recordings you will receive, are exclusively made for you. For your mind to keep taking in the work we have done during the sessions.
You will have a better understanding of your actions, how the could be connected to experiences and a plan to move forward.
Most of the people I have worked with, report experiencing a positive change, after the first session.
